Our own government is so far away from representing us they would rather line their pockets then to do anything they could to help us unless it benefits them. When the market went into the “Great Recession” in Dec 2007 we (the general public) paid the price. How many brokers and bankers went to jail? How many upper management and board members are still wealthy? The oil companies will sacrifice our soil and water to gain power and profit. The very people who are supposed to protect us, our police force, is murdering innocent people out of fear and incompetence simply because the color of our skin. Our commander in chief is willing to block people from entering our country because of their religion, how they prey or for where they come from, willing to tear families apart, willing to build a wall around us to force “them” to stay out of our country even though they are the very fabric of our workforce, communities, culture, society, and pay more into the system then “he” has.
